Refund & Return Policy

At Hadsmadeit, every piece is hand-painted and carefully designed with so much attention to detail. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have the following refund policy in place.

Custom Orders

All custom items are final sale. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Custom needlepoint belts

• Monogram tags

• Monogram keychains

• Custom coasters

• Custom keychains

• Any personalized banner or canvas design

Once a custom order has been placed and design work has begun, we are unable to offer refunds.

However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. For all custom orders, we provide:

• A Canva mockup of your design

• A Stitchly mockup (for needlepoint items)

We will not move forward with production until you approve the design. If there is an error on our end, we will gladly remake your item at no additional cost.

Other Items

Ready to ship products may be eligible for a replacement within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unused

• In original condition

• Returned in original packaging

These orders may be valid for a replacement or partial refund.

Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs, we will provide a return label.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, materials may have already been ordered or production may have begun, and we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
